No gf menu, no gf pasta as stated. they list the items with a 'G' to signify what is gluten free (not very many items). There wings are also not gf. I was not impressed with this place. The owner seems only interested in the 'regulars.' I had steamers that were not cleaned properly ... They are trying to act an upscale but servers are not knowledgeable at all.

Everything is made to order. You can swap out any of the side dishes for others, you can request items be removed or added, you can even create your own dish. All meals that are GF are labeled as such as well as vegan dishes. A wide array of appetizers (coconut shrimp, BBQ ribs, salads), meals of many kinds (steak, pork chop, salmon, shrimp/scallops), pasta dishes-- they use quinoa pasta. Chef comes out as well - great guy, told us people thought he was nuts trying to cater to everyone's likes/needs, but he finds that's the best way to do it!
