Food is great, and the accomodations they'll make to convert dishes into gluten-free variants are nice.
However, the wok and frier they use is shared with glutenous dishes. I don't blame them for not wanting to cool down and swap woks frequently for the handful of us that need it, but it needs to be known for the more sensitive in the group.
I've had mixed results, some days I'll be fine, other days I'll definitely have had a minor reaction. It can't be helped- if you play Russian Roulette, don't be surprised when you shoot yourself in the face.
