Came in on a Saturday afternoon they were moderately busy but slow for what I would expect for a Saturday afternoon. I asked the cashier about the gluten-free options and cross-contamination and she shrugged her shoulders and didn’t seem to know very much and asked if she wanted me to talk to the cook. He came out from the back and said he would make my sandwich without touching anything else to it and seem to be accommodating but I was nervous. About 15 minutes after eating I started to get excessively bloated so I know I got glutened. Not sure if it was just what was in the chicken salad ingredients or if my bread or a preparation had cross-contamination. I had the chicken salad on GF bread. The chicken salad itself was really good, I don’t know if it was what was gluten containing or not. The gluten-free bread toasted was a bit dry, maybe it was just because there was no mayo on it and just the chicken salad mixture with veggies and lettuce. The Italian soda didn’t have cream in it, it was OK. The chips were good (bagged, labeled GF).
