Uptown Diner

I ordered the steak and eggs. I was told nothing is made on the hash brown grill except hash browns. The GF bread is toasted the same place as regular bread so I had it un-toasted.

I’m not having severe symptoms but I’m having mild-moderate ones. Not worth going again for me personally. They were very nice and the food was good.

When I went here, I told them I had Celiac Disease and they sent out a staff person who also has CD to help me. She warned me that they have gf bread, but toast it in the same place as the other bread. I had a pretty good experience because the girl was so kind. They really tried to make it as safe as possible for me.

They can sub anything made with bread for Udi's Gluten Free. Great for late night breakfast. A classic Minneapolis dive.
