Really great experience at this location. Server mentioned that they clean the cook top when they cook GF pancakes and they get served with a toothpick in them to show it’s GF. I got the chocolate chip pancake with hashbrowns, eggs and bacon .. delicious! They have tons of options for GF and all marked on the menu… tons of pancakes!

They take great care to make sure the food you order is free from contamination. I have never gotten I'll from eating there. This applies to all of their Colorado Springs locations.

Loved here so much we went back twice! The wait staff is awesome and super knowledgeable, she even gave recommendations on what to order. Everything here is locally sourced so that’s extra fun. The pancakes are to die for, fluffy just like regular pancakes!!! They come out with a pick so you know they’re gluten free but they’re so good I double checked to make sure. I’d definitely recommend the Hawaiian pancakes. They have a gluten free English muffin too which is fun. Great spot for breakfast for everyone but especially if you’re celiac/gluten free.

Great options. Suggest the pancakes! Gluten free English muffin isn't bad either.
I highly recommend this place if you have food allergies especially gluten. They have many GF options, including gluten-free English muffins and pancakes. They’ll also work with you if you have other issues like dairy as I do. Many restaurants like First Watch have cheese on all dishes and make it very difficult to order but not so here.
The food is also delicious, with local ingredients, and it’s a very nice ambience. One of my favorite restaurants to go to as someone with celiac disease I highly encourage anyone to check it out.

Great food & tons of GF options. They are knowledgeable and careful with GF food.

I have Celiacs and had a great experience here. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and careful. I had their eggs benedict on a gluten free english muffin, which was excellent. My non-celiac family really enjoyed their meals as well and my mom even enjoyed the gluten free english muffin she ordered. The english muffin is not the exact same as a gluteny one but still very good. They had a decent selection of gluten free offerings. Overall a good experience.
Yes
worth trying but probably won’t come back. I got the cooked quinoa bowl, a side of apple chicken sausage, and the beet juice.
the juice was GREAT, the quinoa bowl was pretty good, and the sausage was super dry.
lots of egg options, which can be cooked in a separate pan, and pancakes (but those are cooked on a shared grill top)

I very much enjoyed the gluten free pancake options. I did not ask about cross contamination or anything so I’m sorry I don’t have that information. They have remodeled since I was last there and it was a Sunday brunch time when I went and it was Very loud. The rest of my group enjoyed their food. But the noise level would definitely be too much for some people.

Ordered 3 eggs with bacon, hash browns, and a side buttermilk pancake. Pancake came out with Gf label and server Tori confirmed the hash browns and bacon would be celiac safe before I ordered. Ordering with knowledgeable staff makes it so much easier to trust that cross contact is minimized. Everything was delicious. Menu had GFA label for a lot of items.

This place is very aware about celiac and they asked if I had any allergies which is really nice. I got breakfast tacos and it was so good. I will want to try the pancakes next time! I didn’t get glutened.

Pretty good food and gf clearly labeled. We got the gourmet pancake flight with a strawberry cheesecake (only ok), blueberry something (a little better than the cheesecake), and Hawaiian which was the best by far. The gf pancake base was one of the better ones I’ve had so I bet the classic buttermilk would be great! We also tried the corned beef hash with a gf English muffin on the side. The corned beef was awesome - the jalapeno bacon jam on top was incredible!!- , hash browns delicious, but the English muffin was… almost inedible. I hate to be that harsh but I’m pretty forgiving of gf breads and this one was just not good. I’d definitely go back to try other menu items!
