What a great place! It’s now called Urban on Plant per the website and signage. Lots of gf choices with very knowledgeable staff and kitchen. Separate fryer and dedicated prep space. Excellent food for both gf and non gf. I had a Salmon BLT; amazing flavors!

I’ve successfully dined here a half-dozen times now without getting sick. There is a separate GF menu upon request. The flatbreads are delicious and crispy. Servers are well trained and the kitchen manager is proud of their allergen protocols.

Very cute place with a large selection of gluten free options. The flat bread pizza was amazing ! The waiter was very good at making sure there were no cross contamination issues. Good value for food. I will be coming back again for sure !

Really delicious. Had buffalo chicken flatbread, and the loaded potato dip. Both were really good, the staff was very knowledgeable and I didn't get sick.

Amazing gf flatbread!! They even have GF croutons for a salad! The flat bread portion was huge and I had enough for leftovers the next day. The staff is trained on all allergens, and the GF menu has tons of options. Highly recommend! Nice atmosphere and delicious, safe, food...can’t beat it

The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. When they aren't sure about the safety of an item, they always ask the chef and/or owner and their GF menu has tons of options. They are diligent about glove changes and using clean utensils and surfaces. My favorite apps are the Loaded Potato Dip and Black and White Chips and my favorite entree is the Chicken Salad, served on a bed of lettuce and a side Urban Salad. I've never been glutened here and we come at least once a month! Great happy hour is a plus!!
