Limited options for the broth (nothing spicy!) but it’s plenty tasty. Staff isn’t very educated but veggies and meats are all safe so I just stuck to those and have had no issues. If you ask for the GF menu when you come in you can see what they mark as safe which makes it easy. Gets busy on Friday nights!

The food was good, but I was sick before I even left the restaurant. They had a gluten free menu, but didn’t account for all the cross contamination.

Separate gluten free menu, though many things that should have been marked gluten free (such as tofu skins) were not on there. Staff could not answer any questions about gf status and told me to consult the menu. No gf soy sauce, though a couple of other options were available. Adequate hot pot and I didn't get sick, but I've had much better.

I got the original broth with mushrooms, beef, crab, shrimp, green onions, broccoli and the vermicelli noodles.
- The service was great.
- I had to ask for the GF menu so it didn’t seem like they get many people with sensitivities. Some restaurants just offer it.
- They put my noodles separate from the other non-GF noodles.
- They had a ton of GF options.

Had the Tom Yum soup base with glass noodles and veggies. They have a separate gluten free menu that tells you what you can eat. Really tasty for all you can eat! Did not get sick.
