We ordered the turkey burger and Caesar chicken wrap both with sides of mac n cheese. Turkey burger was decent, appeared freshly cooked. Chicken wrap on the other hand was disappointing. Chicken was spongy and didn’t appear to be recently cooked. Caesar sauce on wrap was probably from a jar. Vegetables, however, were all very fresh and tasty. Mac n cheese felt like a Velveeta Mac n cheese.

Service was friendly, which is a bonus.

Two stars because we heard a microwave being used which is never a good sign.

Great to be 100% GF, but quality is just as important to us.

This bakery is dedicated gluten free and dairy free. They serve breakfast from 0730-1100 and lunch/dinner from 1100-1830. The food delicious! The quiche is only available on weekends. Try the Green Tea Goddess drink; it’s green tea, lemon juice, and green apple puree - it’s like a green jolly rancher drink, but better!

Very yummy. Get the cinnamon roll. The breakfast sandwich was tasty. The biscuit crumbled a bit but enjoyed it a lot. Also had a muffin that was nice and moist. If I lived in the area I would definitely be back.

100% gluten free and dairy free. Excellent service, good selection of deserts the day we went. Tried the waffles, biscuit and gravy, turkey burger and the quesadilla. All were good, the deserts were exceptional.

They are a brand new business and working to expand the menu.

I tried one of their mixed berry muffins and they were fantastic! I’m excited to try other options on their menu.

A wonderful selection of delicious treats and coffee. My wife has to stay away from dairy and gluten. The fact that nothing on the menu contains either of those allergens make for a comfortable experience without the chance of cross contamination. My only grip was I would like half and half for coffee but understand why it is not present. Oat milk did just fine and my coffee was great.

The Urban Thistle is a dedicated gluten and dairy free location. I had gravy and biscuits for breakfast that were very good. I really liked the flavor of the gravy.
