I have been here twice! First time I got a sandwich and second time I got an omelette with toast. When I ordered and stated that I had a gluten allergy the staff seemed knowledgeable and even double checked with me that the toast could not go in the toaster. I had no reaction both times. When serving my food too they specifically clarified it was gluten free.

They have gf bread, but I hate most, so asked if they could make my sandwich as a lettuce wrap instead. They didn't really understand what I meant, so I explained to pretend two pieces of lettuce were the bread. They were happy to do so and while it was messy and falling apart compared to a place like jimmy johns, it was still good. Nice to have the option and nice that they tried to accommodate me. I asked if they could change gloves because my 'bread allergy' is pretty intense. (I always just say bread allergy to people who seem uneducated and find it works well).
I didn't have symptoms and am quite sensitive to cross contamination. A bit pricey and a long wait, but not a ton of options nearby and they are a small/family owned place so a wait during tourist season isn't surprising.

Food is fine, nothing fancy or special. I had gluten-free toast and it was dry but gluten-free nonetheless. My husband and I waited almost 45 minutes for our food. Not much seating, either. Unsure if we’ll be back the next time we’re on vacation.

They have GF toast (and french toast) and both were delicious!

Omelettes all day! With GF toast. Good food and ate safely.
Check out their story about their name change (linked from their website.). I am happy to support a local family business.

Had a great GF turkey club panini. They let me check the ingredients on their bread and chips to ensure safety. I asked them to use aluminum foil on the grill and they said no problem. I’m very sensitive and I had no issues. They have breakfast all day, and a wide variety of lunch items. Nice outdoor patio where my dog could rest too. I’ll be back in the future!

My girlfriend and I ate here while vacationing at crystal mountain. It was smaller than we had anticipated, it's more a coffee shop with a full menu than a full restaurant. She has celiac and is severely gluten intolerant. They do not have dedicated fryer or any fryer for that matter but the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable! The prices were reasonable and most importantly she didn't get glutened! We highly recommend it.

Great place for Celiac. They cleaned the grill before making my omelette and had GF bread they toasted separate and gave me packaged butter to put on the toast. Really happy with the food and service!

we were happy with the knowledge of the staff. they suggested that they had no GF toaster, but they were happy to clean the work surface, use new gloves, open new mayonnaise to prepare my daughter's food. she loved her BLT!

No gluten-free menu, but they do have gf and df bread, cones and df milks. They cannot clean off the grill or have a dedicated space to cook that is gf or df. We will see how sick I get after eating the eggs from this grill due to cross-contamination.

Walked into this place by chance for coffee, only to find out they have gluten free options! They have gluten free bread and wraps. Young man at the front was super knowledgeable in regards to celiac disease and ensured my meal would be made safely. Great find in a nice small town!
