Gluten free pizza is good and they seem to more knowledgable than most restaurants around here about their ingredients.
The pizza is the typical Udi's frozen 10" crust, which is okay. However, their hot sandwiches are the business. They get buns from a Texas bakery. They toast right and have a great flavor. My only complaint is that they're a tad small (though similar in size to their regular sandwiches). They have their own chips, too. Very good. I have wheat allergies, and my son is celiac. We had no issues here.
What an awesome experience. My waitress Evye was very knowledgable about Celiac Disease. I also found out the owner has Celiac so they are very careful with your food. They also use separate cutting utensils. They also sandwiches with gluten free buns, have gf pizza, and great salads . My new favorite place to eat. Kudos to Evye who made the whole experience great.
excellent pizza, just the right size...crust is thin and tasty, not cardboard like a lot of GF crusts.
