They don’t publish any GF information on the menu. You have to know to ask for a GF bun for their burgers.
The burgers smelled great and tasted okay. Nothing special but not bad. We weren’t charged extra for the GF bun. Which is good because their burger is already on the pricey side at $9. No idea what brand the GF bun was but it was good. It looked and tasted similar to an Udi’s bun.
Didn’t trust the fries since they also offer fried chicken tenders and no dedicated fryer. Ended up picking chips as the side.

Doesn’t seem like there are any options besides a bag of chips or maybe a salad

The only options they had were hot dogs and a black bean burger. None of the sides were GF. I didn't have a ton of confidence in his answers and then he offered me a turkey sandwich so we did not eat here.

The Mars Grill provided me with a gluten free burger (their regular burgers are not gf) with a gf bun and they baked a special batch of fries for me as well.
