My pizza was probably safe for me as someone with Celiac Disease and a dairy allergy, but unfortunately it was charred and crispy to excess. It was just okay, and I probably won’t be back because of the price/slow service/just okay food.

We just moved to Cary and we were looking for good GF pizza. V pizza offers a choice of 2 GF crusts - rice or cauliflower. GF is prepared separately, uses separate pans and is also placed in a GF oven to avoid cross contamination. The pizza was delicious and I enjoyed every bite. I am a sensitive celiac but I did not get sick, not even a twinge. I will definitely be a regular at V Pizza.

Excellent pizza and super conscientious of allergies. I’ve never been glutened and the rest of my family loves their regular 00 flour blend on the non GF pizzas. Wings are amazing too and for any ingredient questions, their website labels each and every one!

We LOVE V Pizza!

Between my celiac disease and my husbands dairy allergy we are always taken care of.

One night they noticed we had ordered the cauliflower crust with the vegan cheese and called to check if it was a dairy allergy. They confirmed the cauliflower crust is NOT dairy free and offered to make the pizza with the Gluten Free / Dairy Free crust.

That attention to detail is what keeps us coming back….that, and that gluten free brownie.

Took a chance on it even though there were only 3 reviews. Turned out to be AMAZING! The wings were some of the best I’ve ever had and the cauliflower pizza was awesome! I didn’t have a reaction either. A must try!

The wings and GF pizza were both amazing. The staff was so friendly and the manager even checked on us personally. Fresh ingredients. Lots of GF toppings. You can even get a GF calzone. We will be back!

Baked wings were awesome and the cauliflower pizza was amazing. Idk how it didn't fall apart! The owner was wonderful and went back to the kitchen himself to tell them I had an allergy. Will definitely be back.

What a great experience! They have two different kinds of GF crust (one cauliflower, one potato starch based and vegan), and they cook the pizzas either in a separate oven or in a tin to keep it safe. Their wings (which are amazing) are oven baked in a separate cast iron pan. They even have vegan cheese (Teese mozarella)!
