GF items marked on the Bistro menu as well as the more limited fine dining restaurant menu. Dined in the Bistro. Enjoyed Salmon with Bearnaise sauce on a bed of arugula dressed with lemon vinaigrette. It is supposed to be plated atop polenta cakes but they were sold out. Since they have a dedicated fryer I had French fries, which took up half the plate. Excellent food and service in a casual atmosphere.

The waitstaff checked with the kitchen to check the status of the fryer being used (it was gluten free). However, the menu changes seasonally every three months and that could affect whether fryer is dedicated gf or not. The gf fried calamari and shrimp was a delicious starter. The gf steak frites had a fabulous Béarnaise sauce. I look forward to trying the pulled pork next.

Staff is totally on top of GF needs. The owner came out to talk with me, and the fryer never has gluten in it except for one season (winter?), when they put bread pudding in it. Just ask. Had Brussel sprouts and soup and it was delicious. 2nd time here. A winner for sure - and I’m super sensitive.

Delicious! Staff has a good understanding of GF needs. We actually got to chat with the owners of the restaurant and they really care about your safety & experience there. The New York prime steak meal, crispy calamari, and pulled pork fries were SO good. That’s probably the best I’ve been fed since being diagnosed with Celiac last year!

Staff knowledgeable about cross contamination. No dedicated fryer but we were the first to arrive at lunch and oil in fryer had not been used to fry anything so my husband ordered fries with his burger without a bun.
