Review of VAI's Italian Inspired Restaurant Kitchen + Bar

Server, Lauren, was knowledgeable re GF and offered several options. Meatballs are not gf but spaghetti and sauce are (actually more of a penne-type pasta rather than noodles). GF upcharge for each item is steep - $2.50 for pasta and $3 for pizza. Skip the mediocre pizza bread. It was more like an Udis pizza crust with some parm sprinkled on it and baked; $3 upcharge was not worth it for that. Noise level was a bit loud but will definitely return in the future to try other options.
