I'm not sure why their thought that Celiac Disease is an appropriate April Fools joke and can get the hopes up of hundreds of people thinking they can finally eat at a restaurant with no fear of getting sick or ending up in the hospital and is so irresponsible that they can never be trusted to take allergies seriously.
