Review of Vale Food Co

This is a fast casual restaurant that makes bowls where you choose from bases (rice, kale, etc), veggies, proteins, and sauces and they scoop it out of the containers in front of you. The vast majority of their options are gluten free (marked as such) and they're very careful to make sure the serving spoons don't touch other ingredients. But, since they have a couple of items with gluten cross contamination is possible. FWIW I've never gotten sick after eating here.

Food is generally pretty good, tasty, generous portions. Also pretty healthy, and a good assortment of vegetarian and even vegan options.

They also serve shakes and smoothies. I've never had and am unsure if they contain gluten or if their blenders may be cross contaminated.
