Review of Vale Food Co

Was a bit unsure about this place at first. Only 1 review from 3 years ago. Their menu online didn't list their prepared options as gluten free or not. But their online menu did list individual ingredients for the build your own bowl as gluten free (almost all are). So I took the chance. Glad I did! I had no reaction and the food was good. We had it delivered so I can't speak to anything about the place itself, but I ended up with a good and safe meal. If you like the options, I'd say build yourself a bowl and gice it a try. I'd really like it if the "pre built" menu options were listed as gluten free or not. I might have tried a dessert then. If you eat in person, you could probably ask.
