Review
Valentina quickly warned us that cross contamination is possible as this food truck only has one cooking surface. We, thankfully, are not sensitive to small levels of cross contamination. Our food was prepared fresh and tasted amazing. Flavors were fully developed and showed a love for making street taco classics. From barbacoa to lingua, everything we had was great and we will definitely be going back.
Tip: This is a yellow trailer on the front lot of a gas station and can get very busy at lunch. Highly recommend you call ahead.
