Review of Valentino Pizzeria Trattoria

I’ve eaten their gluten free pizza many times before. I now am a more sensitive celiac and have to be careful about cross contamination. I tested the gluten free pizza with the Nima sensor, and indeed gluten was detected. So for a celiac, I would steer clear of this restaurant. There’s too much risk of cross contamination.
