Valentino's

Valentino‘s pizza has long been considered to be the best pizza in Nebraska and now makes individual gluten-free pizzas with just about any toppings you could want. I have Celiac and I had absolutely no adverse reaction. The crust is thinner than the regular crust, but the pizza has the same great Val’s taste because the toppings are GF and the same as the ones on regular pizzas. But, you need to ask for one of the managers, Bob or Max, as the wait staff is not familiar with gluten-free procedures. Bob and Max are extremely familiar with and have been trained in gluten-free production procedures and take great care to provide a gluten free pizza that tastes great as their regular pizza. Val’s also has an extensive gluten-free menu, including some ice cream‘s.
