The owner’s daughter has celiac, so he handled my order personally. Sandwiches can be made on GF bread, and he noted that he wouldn’t recommend the hot sandwiches since they tear up the GF bread. The bread was… well, typical crumbly GF bread. But I appreciate the care and knowledge. My sandwich came out in a plastic box even though we were dining in. GF bread was $1 extra, but portions were generous and I took half home for later.

I work at the nearby hospital and I rely on Valenti’s a lot. The owner’s wife has Celiac so he understands our needs. The food is amazing and I never get sick. They gave GF bread and I love the hot Italian beef sandwich!

The owner being gluten free also means he has perspective on what actually works with gluten free bread. We all know that some sandwiches lose something on gf bread so more than just safe, he was able to tell me what tastes great.

Very mindful of preparing gf sandwiches on a different surface. Lots of great options that they can make gluten free. Awesome gluten free bread. Never been sick there!

Very knowledgeable and friendly service. The owner is celiac and answered all my questions about the the prep a d options.

So good! VERY Celiac friendly. They said they have a dedicated GF prep space and the meats/cheese are Dietz and Watson (GF) and all the chips are GF. Staff is VERY knowledgeable. No worries eating here. Highly recommend.

Great food, great service, great for celiacs. *google's post of hours is a lil off call first if on the tail end of the day.

The manager, Joe, is celiac, so he's great about offering GLUTEN FREE roll on the famous and delicious Valenti's special sandwich. It's best toasted and always good. I'm certain any sandwich can be made on a GF roll.

I have only experienced the GF roll on a sandwich.

This place is amazing! The owner is celiac and his staff is friendly and super knowledgeable. All the sandwiches and dressings are/can be GF served with super yummy Against the Grain baguette. I had the chicken salad and horseradish pickles and I am a very happy lady! My husband (non celiac) was also blown away with the menu and food! If you’re close by, this place is a must! Yum!
