Valenti’s Ristorante

Valenti’s does not have a GF menu, but if you ask, they will make risotto as an entree, and it is phenomenal!! I went at happy hour because they have $5 martinis. The bartender was very knowledgeable about what I couldn’t eat, and after seeing risotto as a side in their entree menu, I just said, “I will eat whatever kind of risotto the chef wants to make.” He made mushroom, and everyone around me at the bar wanted a bite!
