Review of Valle Eatery + Bar

This nice lobby dining room in a hotel serves up some great gluten free pizza as well as corn tortillas for their Mexican entrees. The host and server checked with the chefs to verify that my chosen pizza toppings were gluten free, and I enjoyed a very unique pizza without any ill effects.
