Amazing… Everything you would expect in a Michelin Star restaurant. Besides the preponderance of corn in contemporary Mexican cuisine the staff guided all my choices to insure they were GF and had no possibility of cross contamination. This is in my world an experience to share on very special occasions. But if you find yourself thinking it would be nice; it can be an extraordinary gluten free experience.
