Excellent wait staff and service. Eclectic Dutch food. Gluten free means that oats are included. I’m an old Celiac and I don’t eat so It narrowed my choices. But I still had plenty to eat. Could not eat the pancakes due to the oats, and some of their bread contain oats as well but the toast did not contain oats. I had a meal that contain beef Shawarma (I’m probably not spelling that right) over fries with a dill sauce and cucumbers on top. It was delicious. My dad had a gluten-free toast hamburger and my husband had eggs and toast. My only complaint was that my food was somewhat cold when it hit the table and the wait time was a little bit long but I didn’t have reservations, they took us right in and they had a lovely, coconut milk chai. I did not tell the waiter about my cold food but I feel that he would’ve corrected it had I told him very knowledgeable Wait stuff .appreciate the good care.

Great menu, gluten free options all across the menu and the server made a point of asking if it was an allergy (always appreciated- it was).

French toast is NOT gluten free! Our server just told us when I tried to order it
Came here thinking I could have fries since their website states they “use a dedicated vegan gluten free fryer”. This is not the case— they only have one fryer in which all fried items are cooked and not gluten free.
Ordered the Indian chicken pate skewers and a side salad. Chicken was over cooked and bland. It came with peanut sauce, but nothing special. The side salad was fine. Came with an herb vinaigrette that was good, but strong.

Owner has stated that there is flour in the air. Though they 'try' to avoid cross contamination it is NOT worth the risk for Celiac people.

I really love their GF fried mushrooms. They have many GF options, so it’s hard to choose just one thing!

The food wasn’t exactly my favorite, but it was good, well prepared, and completely gluten free. I had no reaction at all.

I've eaten here several times and not gotten sick. However, the wait staff has much to be desired. I ordered a medium burger and it came out bloody. The waitress didn't care much so I just didn't pay for it. It's not the first time I've gone in here and had a clueless waitress, unfortunately. Food is decent when they cook it right.

I had the Aruba on a GF pancake!!! So yummy! Wait staff was very knowledgeable. I mentioned my GF was an allergy and he reassured me they are VERY careful to insure no cross contamination. Would definitely recommend and return!!!

I come here every time I’m in Springfield. The food is great and the staff is very knowledgeable and kind. Everything on the menu is marked. This is a must try if you’re in the area!
Gf french toast! With eggs and bacon and a hot cup of coffee. So yummy. Excellent service and unique atmosphere was amazing. Patio accepts pets too! Loved this place!

This is one of my favorite places in Springfield. They are very knowledgeable about gluten free and the menu is also marked with GF items. They have a GF vegan pancake you can substitute that is delicious! I also really enjoy the Dutch fries (avoid the frites sauce though as it’s not gf) and the Kerrie Kip entree. Definitely worth a try!
First time stopping here, went for breakfast. This restaurant is owned by the same owner of another great place, Cafe Cusco, which is just down the street. This place did not disappoint! They specialize in Dutch Pancakes, which are almost a cross between crepes and regular pancakes. They can make these gluten free for an upcharge, which makes almost the whole menu available. It might actually be the whole menu, but I didn't go through all of it with the server to find any outliers. Any of the breakfast dishes with toast also have gluten free toast available on request. They also have a dedicated fryer for their skillet chips. I got the Sunflower masterpiece pancake, extremely good! It was also a very big portion, I almost didn't finish (but I did, because it was so good). Can't wait to go back and try some other dishes. Only complaint I have is the coffee wasn't great, a little watery. Not sure if it's their house roast, or maybe just wasn't being made well that morning. That's a small complaint though, I am happy to come back and try it again to see if it gets stronger. Come for a very unique restaurant with lots of options!
UPDATE: I have been back a few times now, still has great service and putting out amazing food. The coffee has been better, not weak like the first visit, but still not my favorite coffee flavor. I just don't think it's a blend I like.

I highly recommend this place!! It was so nice inside and the food and coffee was really good. I got the gluten free Dutch pancake which is like a crepe. Their eggs are amazing. They have spices on eggs that I wonder if gluten free so check that before ordering. I feel fine but I know some people are more sensitive then me. I didn’t order eggs I ate off my husband’s place and then realized their was spices on them. I wish we had this in Nashville where I live. Such a nice place and cute little downtown area.
Most items can be made GF and staff seemed knowledgeable. Delicious food - the GF Dutch pancake was amazing!

Delicious gluten-free Dutch pancakes! Their house coffee is also wonderful.

I went with a friend and we both had the gluten free pancakes. They were really big in diameter, but mine was strangely thin, and my friend got a much thicker one, so it seems that was just a fluke. That said, the waitress was polite, the pancake itself wasn’t the best but it was quite good, and the price was extremely affordable, the upcharge for the gluten free aspect only being $1.25 more. The aesthetic is nice too, everything does indeed feel very Dutch and it’s enjoyable. Recommend.

Awesome place. Traditional Dutch cuisine. Four of each had something different and loved it. It was a real treat to eat gluten free Dutch food. Went for dinner and back for breakfast. Very good! Wished I lived nearby.
