There is only 1 menu item available GF and that is a hanger steak salad. They also offer a hanger steak, so I talked them into giving me the steak with vegetables (minus grilled onions). They were concerned about me being celiac but were nervous to modify much -- even the baked potato wasn't an option because of the homemade butter and they didn't want me to have that. They were trying to be careful but it was clear the menu wasn't thought out with the intent of modifying items for celiacs. It wouldn't take much to make a few of their items GF but they simply haven't gone through that exercise.
