All their meats, seasoning, and sauce is GF. The majority of their sides are GF. The BBQ was very good.

*Celiac* Staff was knowledgeable, but as a note- I always ask for a manager. All meats are gfree as well as the sauce. I did not get sick. I don’t eat sides so I cannot attest to those. Food was great!

The staff seemed to know what items were safe but I still got sick. I had sliced brisket that was served cold, potato salad and pinto beans. Also had the BBQ sauce since they said it was safe. Won’t be back.
All BBQ meats and the sauce are gluten free. They also have a gluten free bun they can make any sandwich on. They do charge 1.29 for the bun but it is a good one.
Yes
The owners have worked hard to find a good gluten free bun and to educate the staff about cross contamination! Great food! Eat here all the time!!!
There gluten free buns are delicious. Was thrilled to get a sandwich again.
They have gluten free buns but make sure you check before you leave! The fries are not gluten free.

I go to vans often. I usually get the bbq stuffed spud but sometimes they don’t have any potatoes. They have a gluten free bun and the #2 burger is really good with green beans. They ask if you want it toasted or still in plastic. I’m not as sensitive as I used to be to cross contamination but anywhere you eat out unless dedicated you’ll have that chance.
