I have eaten here a few times. The quality and taste varies, but it is usually okay. Currently they are using a Schär dough for gluten free pinza. Unfortunately, it seems that the risk of cross-contamination also varies, since I had a reaction after my last visit. The other 8 or so times, I had no problem. Still, I will make sure to stress the fact, that I have celiac disease next time.
