The gluten free pizza was delicious, truly the best I’ve had. Unfortunately, I got extremely sick here. The toppings in the kitchen are not covered - so when they make pizza the wheat flour does get into the toppings. Would not recommend for celiacs.

All of their pastas and pizzas can be made gluten free for an extra charge. If you get a pasta it comes as penne but the type of sauces and everything else you wanted. The food was honestly so delicious. We tried a pizza and carbonara pasta and we were raving about it the whole time and after it was so good!
The decor is really beautiful they have artwork on the ceilings from the Sistine chapel to give it more of a Vatican feel.

Gluten free and dairy free pizza options. We come here every time we come to Edmonton. Amazing experience.

They waiter was not very knowledgable and after checking with the kitchen said only the pasta was safe. Pasta was okay but other places have better for cheaper.

This place serves amazing Italian food. There are many pizza and pasta gluten free options on the menu. I have celiac, and checked with them before visiting to make sure they understand cross-contamination; it turns out the owner has people who are celiac in his family, so they take all necessary precautions for celiac. I had the pizza, which was baked in a pan inside the wood fired oven. Delicious!!
