Very few items marked GF on the menu. The staff seems knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination, but at one point two waiters disagreed right in front of me about whether or not a side dish was GF. Also, they make substitutions without asking. For example, I ordered Tonno al Balsamico (tuna on a bed of Parmesan risotto) because the waiter assured me it was GF, but then he served me tuna on a bed of arugula because he decided that the parm risotto wasn’t GF. I wouldn’t have selected that dish had I known of that modification in advance. That said, they offer GF pizza, pasta, and focaccia, and they take care to prevent those items from being contaminated.
