Veera Donuts

So we went and picked up some donuts and boy oh boy were they amazing!!! Buyer beware because this is not a dedicated gluten free facility so there is some risk. That being said I only ate the donuts and would go back for them again. That Don't Dong was better than the original!

I’ve eaten here several times and the gluten free burritos are usually amazing! However on Sunday I ordered the usual (space cowboy gluten free) and it made me incredibly sick, exactly 4 hours later. Honestly one of the sickest I’ve ever been from getting glutened. I’m not even sure they used a gluten free tortilla. I’m pretty nervous to try eating here again.

Loved, will stop again! There was five GF items to choose from during my visit. I got the GF Ding Dong doughnut and it tasted better then any DingDong I remember.

Love love love! They are dairy free already, but serve gluten and gluten free donuts. My friend ordered a few with little knowledge of celiac, so I was nervous. But Veera packed the GF donuts in the box with special partitioning without being prompted. I ate and... didn't get sick!!! On the way out of town I ordered more online (Gf and non for the kids). They ran out of what I ordered GF, but they added similar GF yummy donuts plus one for being out of stock (plus an apology note) and again packaged the gluten and GF, this time totally separate without asking. Again, didn't get sick! So darn good. If I lived here it would be a problem.

I really enjoy their donuts, but am hesitant to eat them unless I order them myself and see then boxed because they don't change gloves between orders and can get super busy slinging donuts into boxes during rushes. Additionally, their gluten "friendly" donuts are on a bottom shelf of a multi-level shelving display case, which is something I'd like to recommend they adjust in order to minimize cross-contact in the future. I don't go in often, but if I'm feeling brave, it's always a tasty treat! The donuts are basically a decadent, personal cake.

For what it's worth, I've never gotten sick from a Veera donut, but it does always feel a little risky to bit into one.

I got gf donuts here and became very ill after eating them. This place is not celiac friendly.

Massive reactions ended up in the hospital! We ordered the gluten free donuts at opening and ended up reacting right on schedule 4 hours later. We don’t know if it was cross contamination or if they used gluten ingredients. Don’t go here if you don’t eat gluten, Seriously don’t go here if you are celiac!

Amazing verity. So pleased with the selection they offered. I got one of all the gf. df options that they had. If I lived closer I would go there daily. Didn’t get sick from any of the options. Love it all!! Highly recommend.

They have gourmet donuts. I tried one of every flavor and the blueberry one was my favorite, but they were all so good!!! I ate them and didn’t have a problem. They are also vegan!!!
