Velvet Taco

The fryer is not a dedicated fryer so stay away from chips, tots, etc. I saw that the tortillas (corn and flour) for tacos were being warmed on the same stove top so I asked for a lettuce wrap for the rotisserie chicken and grilled salmon tacos. When the tacos came out they were on the same tray as my husband’s flour tortilla tacos. It was not a super safe experience, but it seems possible to eat here if you ask for a lettuce wrap for specific tacos, changing gloves, and a separate taco tray.
