Venchi Chocolate and Gelato

All the chocolates here are gluten free, and all the gelato except cones. Make sure you check each time in case there is a special that is not GF. If you tell them you have celiac and ask them they will scoop gelato out of a fresh tub and use new scoopers. They also give me a wrapped chocolate to garnish my gelato instead of one from the bucket on the counter since I was concerned about cross contamination. Love this place- they take precautions- you just have to explain what you need!

Per their website, all venchi chocolate is now gluten free. The person in the shop told me their gelato and cones are now gf as well, but tend to be cross-contaminated by crêpes they make in the same area, so steer clear of those if you’re celiac/sensitive to CC.

Side note: they currently have gf Easter chocolate!!

Manager said all the gelato and sorbetto is cross contaminated and not safe for celiacs. Some of the packaged chocolate is gluten free.
