The owner lady is gluten intolerant, so they use gluten free soy sauce (the beef has soy sauce in it), she even showed me the sauce's bottle and the GF label. She asked me how sensitive I am and I told I don't care about cross contamination, I just want naturally gluten free things. I choose the Pabellón beef (a bowl with beef, rice, beans, sauces, fried plantains). The fried plantains were safe too, she told me. She told me that Arepas are also good for me, but Empanadas are made with gluten. It was really delicious and the portion was big. The place looks awesome and has a good vibe.

Not a dedicated kitchen but much of the menu items are naturally GF.
Great a lot for arepas (think stuffed hot pockets) which are made with masa flour and are naturally GF. Great variety of options- pick your fillings, meat, cheese, veggie
