The waitress was unsure if they had any options for someone with celiac. She checked with the chef who said they could not accommodate those needs due to small space of the kitchen unfortunately.

Asked the waiter if they could make something gluten free, the chef came out to tell me he was completely understanding of celiac and told me what he could do. He made me a gluten free "teriyaki" bowl. IT WAS DELICIOUS! He can make their sushi options gluten free also. They are known for Mai tai's and rum drinks (my brother loved them) but the food was great. My mom had the regular people teriyaki bowl and loved it :)
