Review of Verde Pizza Baltimore

Verde has good gluten free crust and they do take some precautions to ensure its gluten free. They wash their hands beforehand, prepare it in a separate gf area, and keep it on a separate tray as they add toppings (the kitchen is open so you can watch them make it). However, it appeared they just set the pizza in the oven in the same place as gluten pizzas. I've eaten here three times and got sick once. They have a good mozzarella ball appetizer you can enjoy gluten free. It's a cute restaurant and I'd recommend at least stopping by the bar for a glass of wine.
