They have gluten free crust. Upon request, they changed the gloves, baked the pizza on a clean pan, used clear surface to make and to take out the pizza. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Although cross contamination may occur as it is an open kitchen, my daughter with Celiac had a great experience and did not complain on any symptoms.
