Owned by a sweet Argentinian man and is a small enough shop you can watch then get your order to see if there is contamination. He stocks gluten free cones in separate packaging and is very careful to only touch the cone with a napkin as he gets it out so that he is not touching it after the normal cones. He also stocks little gluten free cookies that are separately packaged that are free with your ice cream and super good! There are some flavors like Oreo that contain gluten so be sure to ask abt your flavor and be aware there could potentially be contact between flavors, but when I went 10/12 of the flavors were gluten free and each flavor has their own scoop that stays in their tray
