I am Celiac/Gluten Free so eating in airports is always difficult, but not with Vessel! They only have about 4 items on the menu that DO have gluten. Staff was very nice and washed her hands and put on new gloves before making my order.

I’ve eaten at several Vessel Kitchens and they always do a great job of keeping you safe. Many options to choose from. Don’t eat any food with a “g” label that means it contains gluten. You can watch all your food being prepared.
