I have celiac, and via has a great Gf pizza, I’ve never gotten sick from it. I’ve eaten it for a long time, they use separate utensils, gloves, etc, so cross contamination is not a big issue. The waiters are really good at explaining what you can have on the pizza. You can also order online and specify you have a gluten allergy.

I have Celiac and am sensitive to cross contamination and I have never had any issues here. I live close by and am a regular at this location. They do an excellent job at preparing gf/ allergy items (separate prep space, separate pans, change gloves, mark boxes, etc.). I feel safe when I order from here. Disappointed to see the bad reviews below that have nothing to do with safety and care for allergies. I don’t mind waiting at a restaurant that takes my safety seriously. Love this place!!

I was so excited about trying this place. I miss pizza! The wait time was over an hour. The waiter took our order and never came back to check on us. The pizza crust was delicious, however the toppings were skimpy. For $20 for ONE small gluten free pizza, I expected more. It should be called bread sticks instead. It had 2 pieces of Canadian bacon (ham) per slice (4 slices pizza), pineapple and jalapeños. My husband ordered a non GF pizza, his toppings were also minimal. I have Celiac and so far have no symptoms.

When the order is right, and the kitchen isn’t running behind the pizza is good and gluten free. However, we have now had problems 3 times. With a 30+ minute drive each way, the hassle of dealing with this establishment is not worth it: Long travel times for us. Incorrect order - did not get gluten free once. Incorrect order - noticed at the restaurant, took 30+ minutes to correct. Pizza not ready for 30+ minutes after the 50 minute estimated pickup time.

Just going to buy udi’s frozen pizza and will jazz it up at home.

Best GF pizza and breadsticks ever!! My husband is also lactose intolerant and they have dairy free cheese. All they need is gluten free beer and this would be his heaven. Either way, we can’t wait to come back. They also have GF cinnamon sticks and can be made DF as well! We haven’t tried those yet, but I can’t imagine they’d be anything less than perfect after having the appetizer and entrees.

I had to call and double check my order was gluten free… if you haven’t had a think crust gf pizza ever and miss it. This place is for you! I got the omnivore and it was so good! I was in Awh how fluffy and good it was! I called to double check my order because a few bites in I was worried. It tasted too good to be gf, but she remembered my name and double checked my order before giving it to me. (I told them it was allergy) She assured me it was safe, most places don’t care but I could tell she cared that it was safe for me to eat. If you want pizza that actually resembles their normal gluten filled product this place is a must try!

I’ve eaten here several times as well as another location in Austin. They understand celiac and cross contamination. Best freaking pizza I’ve ever had. It’s like no other gluten free pizza I’ve had before. Items come out marked gluten free.

Ordered out from here last night with no problem!! Was nervous because I am super, super sensitive to even cross contamination and have a terrible reaction. Called in my order and asked them if they make the gluten free pizzas on a separate pan and they said yes and that they also use separate utensils for everything. I ordered one of the Detroit-style pizzas and they said they could make the cinnamon sticks gluten free too so I got those as well and it was delicious and was 100% gluten free. When I got the boxes they had gluten free stickers on them and the worker who gave them to me said it said gluten allergy on the ticket! Great to finally eat Detroit-style pizza and feel safe doing so!!! Will definitely eat here again.

Wow! The BEST gluten free pizza we have ever had...and we live in Brooklyn! Amazing from salads and cheese sticks to dessert!

Amazing!!! Starting with a server who did an excellent job explaining the gf pizza. She had my mouth watering with the description of the crispy cheese on the edges. And as an added bonus the manager brought out a free order of the garlic cheese sticks. I've been gf for more than 10 years and that's the first time I've had a deep dish, not to mention the fantastic service! Wonderful experience all around.

The staff was wonderful and made sure the kitchen took extra precautions; the food was amazing - we had gluten free cheese sticks, gluten free pizza, and they showed up at our table with a gluten free cinnamon roll dessert pizza. It was all delicious! We will be back!

Deep dish gluten free pizza! I had never seen such a thing before and it was awesome. And gluten free Cinna stix. And superman ice cream. Everything was fantastic!

LOVED IT. I have never had a deep dish pizza and this made my wildest dreams come true. My gluten eating friends even thought it was delicious!

Their gluten free pizza is the best I've ever had. It's Chicago style, deep dish, that is perfectly crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. If you gave someone this pizza, there is no way they would know it is gluten free. They note *gluten allergy on your order and take every caution to avoid cross contamination. My daughter, whose celiac disease is extremely sensitive, had never had an issue with their GF pizza or GF bread sticks. Very highly recommend.

What a cool place! The pizza was very good and I didn’t get sick (I’m extremely sensitive) and they had Duara Damm GF beer from Spain!

The pizza is “Detroit Style” with a thick crust and I’m a thin crust guy, but still very good and kinda nice to have something different.

hype over delicious gluten free pizza here is totally warranted. prepare for a line (they use the no wait app tho), upscale austin vibe, booths, tables, bar & community table w/benches. definitely too loud for date conversation. gf crust available on any menu pizza (even 1/2 & 1/2). had the Cadillac and Hawaiian half & half. both combos were good, but the deep dish gf crust made me really long for just a regular pepperoni mushroom. this is not your typical flat rice flour crust (sorry udi's)! it's got glutenous depth like you remember (Pizza Hut pan pizza). northerners will recognize the Boston coolers and faygo pop (yes peops.. it's pop not soda). I saw as many ppl picking up take out as those seated.
