Food truck chefs are well aware of gluten allergies. They took special care to use a separate pan, clean the prep area and change utensils and gloves. The recipe for that dough is amazing. I finished the pizzas for breakfast in the morning and they were still so unbelievable. No reaction symptoms at all. A must have on a night out.
