This pizza is absolutely not safe for Celiacs... The gf dough is made on the same equipment, cooked in the same pans and ovens as the wheat dough, and equipment often isn't even washed in between.
No
Really good Chicago deep dish "pizza"; it's really a casserole but still delicious. They have one pizza by the side that's gluten free, but you can order any whole pie gluten free.
I wouldn’t say it’s the best crust in town (my opinion), but it’s made from scratch and I was thrilled to be able to buy just a slice which was plenty.
Good pizza, but not for people with celiacs! I tried and got cross contamination.
We have never had any problems eating at Via Chicago. The pizza is delicious. The only objection is it takes a long time to get a pizza but have called ahead and that cuts down on the wait time.
Best GF pizza dough in town. I love this place. I am very allergic to wheat (get an anaphylactic response) and have never had a problem here.
Careful. Dough prep is not segregated and staff is not careful about gluten contamination from spatulas etc. I got poisoned here tonight.
