Pizza can be made with GF base for 3 euros extra. While not as nice as the normal bases which were billowy and blistered 🥲 it was the best GF base I’ve tasted. Pizzas are cooked on trays which are washed between pizzas.

Chicken wings and tenders are GF. But they are cooked in same fryer as fries which have trace elements of gluten. This is marked on the menu and the staff explained.

Staff knowledgeable about allergens.

They also have a GF beer which was delicious.
