We ate here in April of 2021 for dinner. I called ahead and asked about prep areas and how they handle allergies and the hostess was very helpful describing their process. They use clean utensils for allergies and prepare the food in a clean area of the kitchen. They have a decent variety or GF options but their menu is always changing so it will vary. I got a burger with a gf bun. They don’t use a dedicated fryer so I couldn’t get fries or anything else that was fried like the pork rinds app so I had broccoli for a side. The food was very good and I feel great. If I am glutened, I typically know within an hour or so.
