Vic's Waffle House

I LOVE Vics’s, but as far as I know, it’s not Celiac friendly. My son has Celiac. They have gluten free waffles, but not a separate waffle iron. For non-celiacs, it’s the best breakfasts around!!

While they may not be celiac safe, the manager explained to me in great detail how they go about cooking for gluten free patrons and I was impressed. They don't have a separate menu but they offer GF pancakes, waffles, eggs, omelettes. I got the "pig waffle", which is a waffle that has bits of bacon and chocolate chips in it and it was great. Can't wait to return!
