Maria took our order and she was so friendly and helpful! There were many gf choices because flour tortillas can be replaced with corn tortillas. They have a dedicated gluten free fryer with corn oil (which I appreciated because I’m also soy free!). I had the shrimp fajitas with beans and rice and it was so good! I’m always excited to find new gluten free restaurants and I’m looking forward to coming back and trying some tacos!
