I was so excited to try this place after finding it mentioned on this website, but wow was I wrong!
1. I wanted to order something with fried tofu. At some restaurants, the tofu comes already fried, so it's not a problem. But they weren't answering their phone. So I put instructions in the "special instructions" section in the online ordering form: "If the tofu is fried in the same fryer as things with gluten, please substitute plain tofu."
2. When I got there, I talked to the manager, and asked, "What else goes in the fryer?" And she was like, "egg rolls" and other things that obviously have gluten. So then I was like, "Did you see the note I wrote?" And she was like, "The guys on the line didn't read it." So I was like, "SO WHY DO YOU HAVE A SPACE FOR SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS?"
Her response was that if I had such a severe allergy (I wasn't getting into the difference between allergies and Celiac with this person), I shouldn't eat there. At least they were quick with a refund. If you have Celiac STAY AWAY.

The pho is gluten free and OUTSTANDING!! So flavorful! And the chili garlic sauce is incredible too, and also gluten free. It is our new favorite pho place….
