I’ve been here dozens of times without getting sick! I usually get the beef pho or beef clay pot, and you must specify gf. They have a gf menu with more dishes than most Asian restaurants! Can’t wait to try more.

They have a separate menu with quite a few GF options. I got the combo clay pot and it was really good. I’m not sure how careful they are with cross-contamination but I didn’t get sick after eating here. I will be back!

They have a pseudo GF menu if you ask for it with a good bit of options. Have gotten the classic P1 pho dozens of times and never got sick! Have various clay pots, and rice noodle dishes as well to accompany the pho options. Make sure to ask about the GF menu!
