I eat here frequently - one of my go-to lunch spots. Very little had gluten in it or can’t be modified. As others have mentioned, turmeric fish noodle is amazing, as is the ginger fish pho.

Went here with a friend and tried the turmeric fish with noodles. The staff was very well informed. I let him know all my allergies (gluten, jackfruit, and tomato) and he was on it. Food was delicious and I didn’t get sick. My friend had the fish pho and said it was delicious. I’ll definitely be back.

This is one of my go-to restaurants. The turmeric fish is delicious and like nothing else I’ve had. I am a sensitive celiac and I’ve never had an issue here - I just follow the knowledgeable staff’s guidance. I have had several dishes - all great - but I always go back to the turmeric fish.

We’ve been here multiple times and my daughter who has celiac has never had a reaction. We’ve only had 3 dishes to be fair— the fish with turmeric rice, beef pho and chicken pho. They seem to be knowledgeable about celiac/gluten free and cross contamination. They said the vegetarian pho is NOT GF, but I believe all of the other phos are. And again, the fish with turmeric rice is and it’s great.
