My waitress was friendly, although she didn't seem super knowledgeable. I had no issues with the pho though. I had looked up online or to going that most pho is gluten free, and it's just the toppings that may not be. (Unless you get on that has something fried like the vegetarian option) I got what I normally ordered prior to being diagnosed with Celiac disease and just didn't put in any sauces except Sriracha. I know the peanut sauce is likely not gluten free because it has fish sauce in it, and the hoisoin sauce is not gluten free.

Staff did not seem knowledgeable. There is no GF menu. May be ok if you eat meat but I don’t. They brought me fried tofu with the vegetarian pho, and didn’t understand why it’s problem with shared fryer. I was told, “just take it out.” However they were willing to take it back and give me a bowl with steamed tofu. Very tasty and so far OK.

Wow! Fantastic food! This place offers many options for celiac, gluten free and vegans. They were knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Very tasty 😋!

I do have gluten intolerance and Celiac Disease and most of you know you can have certain rice noodles. This places Pho is the best I’ve ever had and we stopped here by chance from the highway on a trip. No fast food for me ever. I didn’t get sick and it was amazing! Several options for you!
